Outside Sales Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will meet with clients in person within your assigned territory, provide tailored solutions, and build long-lasting customer relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy face-to-face interactions, working independently, and earning based on performance.

Responsibilities
Travel within your territory to meet with prospects and existing clients
Conduct needs-based assessments to identify the right products or services
Deliver clear presentations and close sales in-person or virtually
Build and maintain client relationships with consistent follow-up
Track your sales activity and pipeline using basic CRM tools
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly performance goals

Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to manage your time and territory independently
Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally or regionally
Ability to learn and present product information clearly and confidently
